I was disqualified in the interview by HR on the basis of 2 Questions 1) I don't know my past company M.D Sir Qualification 2) As I have been told by HR Recruiter no employee of M.Tech knows any other language apart from MARATHI . The company recruiters questions continuously revolves round the above 2 Questions only for 15 min.

There are only cons. Salary issues, Leave issues, Hygiene not maintained, Director uses Abusive language, Employees are given plastic chairs to sit on, No proper lighting in the office. There have been many instances where Director doesn't follow the hierarchy and allots work to the team members on his own without keeping the manager in loop due to which there are lot of concerns while handling a team. Team stays demotivated all the time due to no fun activities and always work even on holidays. There is no over-time allowance too given to managers.
