Pros

Younger attorneys, Brickell, happy hours and various other elective yet mandatory events

Cons

Because most of the attorneys are younger, the partners are also younger and not as experienced in the legal profession and/or managerial roles do guidance tends to be minimal although criticism tends to be in abundance.

Pros

Flexible hours and beryl understanding when you have children and could bring them to the office.

Cons

PTO time is always inaccurate salaries are docked. Annual reviews become a battling ground and if you don't insist you don't get it.

Pros

There are some nice people! Benefits are the bare minimum which is a plus for some, but not for me.

Cons

The mismanagement is WILD. Leadership is all lawyers first and they don't care about any staff that aren't billing attorneys (even paralegals who are billing). The lack of basic benefits shows the care they have for employees. Putting toxic or underqualified employees in leadership positions is not helping the company.
