      Interesting clients. Relaxed workplace. Compensation on par with industry.

      Cons

      Lack of career path development. Bad management, a lot of growth was promised and didn't end up happen. Misogynistic Environment. No process. Unreasonable performance expectation. Lack of people skills in HR. No recognition of achievement, only acknowledges failures.
