Clueless in Baltimore

Pros

Nice work location, friendly coworkers, salary and benefits on par with other small Pharma. companies

Cons

Leadership has moved to Florida location, company CEO has too much faith in the company President who is about 3 years overdue to be put out to pasture. No career advancement possibilities. Too many upper management people and not enough lower lever/grade people to actually do/get the work done. Baltimore location has, at times, been unsafe to work at.

Pros

Company has good benefits but it’s a place is back stabbers. If you are a good sycophant then only you can grow. Hard work is neglected at all cost.

Cons

CEO have no idea what’s going on in this site. Site president or leadership have no respect, care or appreciation for employees (They call it core value). Company credits cards are used and distributed to bosses favorites. Hiring manager is very biased in hiring. You suggest the best talent available and she pick the worst out of market based on nationality. Offcourse because you are not one of her favorite. Many manager didn’t even knew that a new person is been hired under them. This place use to be fun and fast paced but now it turned out to be the complete opposite of that. Many exsisting employees were underpaid in comparison to new hires and the funny part is new hires don’t even know basics, So they been taught by old employees. President of this site is the biggest liar I have ever seen. He made promises in public and turn around his back in a blink of eye. They don’t care about talent anymore. All they care about brown nosers. People on floor, front office and in meeting keep talking for hours including directors on some personal topics. The one’s who don’t talk and get work done get penalized in there performance evaluation. This place is full of office politics. Directors and Managers evaluate their employee that how many times a day a specific employee bring coffee, donuts or whatever to them. All the new projects and opportunities are given to college graduates (Sycophants) and not a seasoned professional. And if someone go and talk to them they being neglected with quotations like “Oh we will let you know for this opportunity next time”. I have never cursed anyone in my life but because I had worked in so much of stress and tension. Two employees have to quite jobs at same time because they were mistreated and they told the reason to HR beofre leaving the job. As usual the person for whom they complained about was in good books of HR and president. So nothing happened to him.
