      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Nepitism is prevelant and needs to stop. Need qualified experienced management to oversee China operations - today they are negatively impacting the growth of the company. Boston employees have given up on the Executive staff in California and don't see a positive future for the company. Customers are growing impatient and are not being communicated with.

      Pros

      Not much to recommend. Some very good people. Pay was acceptable. Benefits were good until the company turned all HR over to ADP Total Source.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Chinese management (owned by Sanan Optoelectronics) initially seemed like a good idea. Huge company with large resources. But the team put in place knows absolutely nothing about leadership of a Western team.

      Pros

      Fellow coworkers are at the top of their respective fields. Benefits are very good.

      Cons

      No work-home life balance. No recognition for loyalty or hard work. Too many middle-management members that won't do what they consider menial tasks, but the administrative support staff keeps getting laid off.
