Pros

Has good benefits, for instance: - Paid time off days are different from vacation. - Prepaid medicine (Health care) - Optical benefits - 100% remote work People and teams collaborate and are great people to work with.

Cons

- Poor, poor management system. The company decides to make massive layoffs when profits are not filling the investors' expectations. - Bad decision-making from the CEO. Strategies and products are designed for a market that finds better products than other competitors. - Has a 'find the guilty' culture in which employees are punished for the CEO's bad decision-making or the results of the company. The general mindset of the company is to think that the head of the company is the one making good decisions and the subordinates are the ones doing the bad job.
