The company supports innovation in our field, provides solid resources for learning and experimentation, and the product (a modern CFO platform with AI integration) makes the work feel meaningful and future-oriented. Great team collaboration, no major red flags, and issues get resolved constructively when they come up.

      Cons

      Only minor technical differences of opinion with some leads on approach or implementation details from time to time, but these were always discussed openly and resolved quickly without any drama or lasting impact.
