      Pros

      Their Christmas Party always a hit. But too far for NYC people.

      Cons

      The prior office manager was very mean and condescending. Definitely had her favorites. This firm is not a place of growth or progress unless you are liked. The attorneys are cold-hearted, uncompassionate people.

      Pros

      Interesting work, great attorneys (who have a sense of humor), paper-free environment, no clocking in and out, great comp and benefits, management is transparent about the firm's profit & loss.

      Cons

      No vision plan! Recent layoffs (small number of people), high turnover rate in IP.

      Ruined by one partner

      Pros

      Great office with all the all star clients you would deal with at any other big tech firm. Good people besides one or two gossipy associates and a horrible partner.

      Cons

      Worst, egotistical, male partner I have ever dealt with in my life. He lives on his on planet- typical NY personality and always testing people. Completely rude- half the things he says are harassment. Disrespectful- wake up- law firms are not made on partners like you anymore- people are waiting for you to retire. Constantly showing off. The whole office just keeps their mouth shut because he is one of three partners on the corporate side.
