Management was terrible. They ruin all great employees! Do not waste your time. They will bleed you dry and ask why you're not doing more!

Cons

Owners want to become floral shop owners and ignored the e-commerce business, so it suffered people would leave for other jobs and decide to come back, probably for the comfort They would hire companies from the UK to help come up with ideas, and all employees needed to be in these meetings with charts and activities and nothing came from it
