Pros
The members are great to work for. The location is perfect and the facilities leave you wanting for nothing. Also, there was a true feeling of family between the staff and the membership.
Cons
Very, very long hours. It is a seasonal business so when the members are in town it is non stop activities and events. Many long 12-14 hour days, day after day during season.
