Business outlook

Pros

-Work-life balance, not too much of work pressure. Good cafeteria on roof... -Comfortable work location -Good learning opportunities for people starting in career

Cons

-Sr. Management decisions are not transparent -Incompetent people are promoted to Sr levels, which cause discontent in honest and hardworking employees, even fresher are made Team leads, experienced ppl have no value. -Appraisals process is worst, infact no appraisal process. -100 different policies for 100 people....all based on relations with Sr. Management. -Buttering or licking can take you higher than your doing your work honestly. -Negotiate well before joining, they have given almost NIL raise in 2 yrs. you wont get support from anywhere -(Manager, HR etc). -No pick and drop cab facility for Infrastructure people as promised during interview...a big hardship and shocking. -Negligible shift allowance
