Pros
Produce good products with a commitment to quality. When i started in 2004, average employee had been with the company over ten years. Great reputation in the community and relationships with customers. The Company was built on Quality and Service.
Cons
Now on third international holding company. Not enough fingers to count all the upper management changes in the last 5 or 6 years alone. Various management has tried to take the company in various directions. Currently seem to be trying to be all things to all customers. .
