If you like a small company, then this is it. The office is small and only 4 people can sit and come into the office every day.
Cons
No accountability for actions. No follow-through when new policies and procedures are set forth. Employees are stuck in old ways, don't like change. Especially when change needs to happen to be up to compliance for your government customer and assesstments
