      Shocked Nobody Has Sued Them Yet

      Pros

      Now that I am no longer working at LogixHealth, I am off all anti-depressants. Albeit horrible, I am grateful for my experience at LogixHealth because it taught me how to never treat people.

      Cons

      I am shocked that nobody has filed a harassment lawsuit against this company yet. This should pretty much sum it up.

      WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR!!!!!!!!!!

      Nothing, nothing AT ALL is a pro about this place, they're coffe is terrible, the people are up tight and flip out if you do not respond to IT requests in under 5 min and this is a direct result of the manager being a spazz and not knowing how to run a team, they have more turnover than I thought was even possible, SO glad I got out of that place when I did.....

      Cons

      EVERYTHING! People, environment, you cannot use your cell phone in house other than in caf (Even to check it real quick) you are CONSTANTLY under both video and audio surveillance which is monitored, the IT staff has no idea what they are doing, and is an absolute mess of a Dept, and the manager is an absolute moron. I took the job because I needed work and was put in a lead role but quickly learned that LH was not the place for me and did my month or two and got out of there as fast as I could, feels more like prison than work.....

      Some good people. Some who care about the company's mission.

      Cons

      This company gives zero freedom/autonomy. Hours are logged to the minute, employees are extremely micromanaged. Huge misalignment between executive level employees and everybody else. Pay and PTO are extremely low. No good benefits or perks.
