Pros

No pros at all . I wish i can give ratings in negative

Cons

If they finalise you after all technical rounds then ask them to give you offer letter immediately. What they do is they ll make some excuse and after three four weeks they say that job is no longer required. Then why did you waste time of others. If you finalised someone and ask them to join early asap verbally, then why to step back.

- Decent Hike if upper management likes your work - Parties on special occasion

Cons

- Poor management: Projects come and go and you might loose your job (I LOST JOB DURING LOCKDOWN) - Poor leadership: No Encouragement for new resources (Don't join as a fresher. You will be on your own).

Pros

No pros. Only HRs work great.

Cons

All higher management does not even know how to manage a company. Full on work pressure without proper process or plan. No tracking of goals and they don't even specify of goals to any of the employees. No action when you raise any complaints or express your problems.
