Where to start...someone else wrote if you are not part of the "A" team you don't really do well. This is true. For such a small place, it is very cliquish, and the managers not only do not know how to manage, but they are not supportive. It is very clear who is the "A" team and who is not. Project managers will not understand how things are done here because you have no accountability; that is taken by the exec who oversees. There are also a lot of "titled" people for the number of employees. They are very quick to throw you under the bus, even when they cause you the problem.

Lack of an effective business development program has failed to generate any significant client wins during the past few years resulting in on-going staff reductions. Another contributing factor is the company's inability to quickly and clearly communicate their services to prospects (check out their website and see if you can figure out what they do).
