      Great Learning Place for Freshers

      Pros

      I am working in Logic matter for more than 2 years. I Joined the company as a fresher. Found that Great work culture, tremendous learning opportunities and transparent performance appraisal system - management takes a genuine interest in employees' personal and professional development. And management is always shows respect to new ideas the employees come up with. Can work in open source BI tools which is upcoming market in India and abroad

      Cons

      The things take lot of time then we expected. This is because of less human resources. But I am seeing a change in this as company hiring new talented members.

      Thanks for the feedback. Every employee has access to the Management and that culture will remain even as we grow. Process is our focus this year and there will be lot of clarity there by the first qtr. Keep the feedback coming, this will only help us to improve and grow.

      I have been working at Logicmatter full-time (More than 4 years) 1. Great place to start your career as a fresher 2. The Company treated me fairly and made me feel valuable. 3. I have had opportunities to grow and advance in both my position and income 4. I truly feel like a part of the LMI Family. 5. I am happy knowing that I can make a solid living in a very recession-proof industry 6. They care about their employees, have fun, and work hard. 7. You're given the freedom to forge your own path and generate ideas to help contribute to the success of the company

      Cons

      Of course, any management position can have its challenges. However, there is very little I can complain about. I do wish that the public would see more positive feedback on what an awesome company
