The Pay is terrible if you're below Senior Engineer level but they still expect you to work well above your contract hours to "get things done", so expect a >45hr week on a lot of unengaging work(there's always things that need to get done). Very top heavy in control systems, constantly employing for "technical capability" when half the team are scrounging for work (makes a lot of people anxious about job security).
