      It truly feels like you work with a team at Logan Simpson and you feel like they really prioritize their employees, making sure we're happy, needs are met, salary is met, and that we feel supported to grow in the profession. They are transparent about the company and fold you into how it works so you feel part of the company and care about how it grows. The projects are value-driven and have a true sense of purpose regarding helping the environment and people. There is so much to learn and do, and always someone to help teach. Very happy here

      No cons really. Well, wish folks had more time to each lunch together, but other than that, they make up for it with work gatherings.
