I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Logan Simpson Design
Interview
Thoughtful, thorough, comprehensive. Meeting the team, overview of projects and processes. Tour of the office. Overview of company structure, goals for company progress. Review of software, technical resources, team meeting schedule, HR benefits, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Logan Simpson Design in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview went fine, nothing unexpected. Asked about experience, what I would do in stressful situations, a couple scenarios, etc. What gave me such a negative experience is that they are a company that will completely ghost you, even when they ask you to follow up with them! By no means am I trying to imply that I'm perfect and should have gotten the job without question, but after the interview I was told to follow up with the HR person who contacted me/scheduled the interview. I did, and received no response. I tried emailing a few more times over the following weeks, no luck. I tried calling in once too in case maybe something wasn't working with email. Left a voicemail, no response. At this point I didn't really care much about getting the job, I just wanted a clear cut answer. The only clear answer I got was when after a few weeks I noticed the job posting was taken down, so I assumed the position was filled. It really bothered me that they treated me this way. It felt extremely unprofessional. Even if I didn't get the job at least have the common decency to reach out with a short email or call letting the candidate know the position was filled! I can't believe a company that claims to pride itself on its integrity would treat candidates like this. Glad I ended up elsewhere, can't imagine what the actual workplace is like.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Logan Simpson Design (Salt Lake City, UT) in Feb 2014
Interview
After submitting a portfolio, I interviewed within a few days. The interview went really well. I followed up after a few days and was told to sit tight - they needed to interview other candidates. About two week later I followed up again and was told they wanted to hire me, but it was conditional upon them getting a few big contracts signed. A few months went by, and I kept in touch with the interviewer, but the job never panned out.
