Remote work. Can't think of anything else.

Cons

Nepotism everywhere in the department and in the company! Added more hours to our schedule to squeeze out what they can! Way understaffed. A substantial pay difference between new hires and old ones. Conflicting rationale! They have the money to build a new office but issued a layoff.

Product wasn’t that great compared to competitors. Grew too fast, then had a bunch of layoffs while building a new office, having golf retreats, and spending millions on trade shows. A large amount of nepotism, everyone in upper management is friends from previous companies and their kids work there. My previous review got removed, hopefully this one stays.
