      - Nice new office located in city centre

      Cons

      - Low cost culture - Very bad management & leadership - Slow, irritating IT systems - Incompetent workforce - Not open to improvement or change - No possible career progression - No talent retention - high employee turnover - Poor salaries - Not appreciated for the work you do - Leadership are condescending - Need I go on?......

      Office location, nice coworkers

      Cons

      Management only cares about saving money, not about good work. Salaries are low and there are no chances of improving your conditions. There's no recognition whatsoever. Leadership is completely ineffective. The biggest office has communication problems with the others. Management asks workers for methods to improve and then ignore their proposals.
