Pros

Not too much good. They have a beer Friday every once in a while.

Cons

No benefits. Make clients sign on the dotted lines and fill contract obligations to the minimum. Most work adds no benefit to the client. Clients very rarely renew contracts but they employ a big sales team to get new clients to sign. One client leaves, another signs. 9-6. poor salaries. The two founders make all the money and one of the founders is never in the office and is a very mean and disrespectful person. The other founder is an inept person who doesn't do much either. The small creative team that is constantly rotating does the brunt of the work but the top takes all the cake. I'm sure if you apply, you'll get an offer but I'd only take it if you are desperate.

Pros

There is a draw salary to start off with, and the potential to make good money. Also it's 100 percent commission so you have the ability to work at your own pace.

Cons

Unorganized company taking on too many accounts to satisfy promises made to clients. I have an itching feeling that something shady is going on here.
