      Pros

      The lettuce is good, when it actually grows to full size.

      Cons

      Rich people hiring their rich friends and/or their kids. Actual applicable experience in food manufacturing need not apply. Shady personnel practices. Lack of product knowledge. Unsafe facility. Very top heavy (excessive C-suite people).

      Praying is allowed in the company.

      Cons

      - Very Discriminatory Company to work for. Hispanic against all other race in ops. - incompetent senior executives. - They do not take food safety seriously.

      They are creating employment in Hamilton, MT

      Cons

      The culture is one of occultism and secrecy. There is a continuous internal “Cold War” between everyone, and the rules are established to benefit a few. The decision-making process is not based on facts or science if not depend more for which side of the bed the leadership wake up this morning
