Work culture and the people, Work life balance, I have a nice manager, Socials are fun

Cons

Do not feel secure witnessing 3+ rounds of redundancies in less than 2 years. Recently announced further 10-15% headcount UK cut as we are getting cheaper labour abroad to increase profit (fair enough this is private equity, can expect this) all this despite growing around 15% yoy for many years. Makes me feel that eventually most paid roles will be outside of the uk so more redundancies to come down the road
