Unlimited PTO, worked with a wonderful team (my peers), the division I worked with was amazing
Cons
Terrible leadership on the Livtech level (CEO, CRO, SVP Marketing), no pay increase, good ol boys club that rewarded terrible behavior, not AI forward when I was there, no budget for product development, no career development
Work from home, unlimited PTO, amazing team culture, a lot of freedom. Great for early career because you get exposure to many areas and have to learn quickly. Travel opportunities for team meetings (may be a con for some people but is a pro if you enjoy traveling).
Cons
Crazy burnout, I have seen a lot of people come and go in a short amount of time. High work expectations but no rewards. Often told it's not enough & challenged to do more. Raises and promotions are difficult to get and you really have to fight for yourself because management won't. Change takes a while since it's a small and growing company. Healthcare & 401k benefits are lacking too.
