      Had a great team to work with Cool offices Opportunities for growth (because many quit and get fired)

      Cons

      High levels feel too comfortable being unprofessional and treating people badly Salaries don't match market rate Still very much a french company, with an all french C level team.

      Truly lovely people in the teams, Some good proffesionals that do not deserve their management

      Cons

      Company values are propaganda and dissapointing. Ego fights goes before people and even business. Giving feedback is punished. Culture of blame and fear. Not healthy work environment. People being pushed to write 5 starts comments in glassdoor. Would not recommend at all.
