      Absolutely nothing. Poor management team

      Cons

      Out of ratio. Non compliant. Fire staff for not signing another contract on lower pay. Management only want to hire asians and Nepalese workers so they can under pay them

      Lovely families and children Teaching resources are great

      Cons

      Director failed to meet children's health and safety standard practices. Director requires support in mentoring/ retaining educators as there's a high staff turnover. No career progression.

      I love the children! Parents are great but some of them complain about the director

      Cons

      - higher management choose some students employee to pay cash in hand to work as educator. Unfair. - Director has difficulty controlling her anger. Makes tension within the team environment
