Pros
Nothing is positive in this corrupt organisation.
Cons
My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. It operates more like an illegal business rather than a legitimate organization. They consistently fail to pay suppliers and recruitment agencies on time, and employees face delays of 2-3 months in receiving their salaries. The salary they promise during hiring is never delivered as agreed. They force employees to sign a 3-month notice period contract after joining, effectively trapping them. Since you've already left your previous job to join, you have no choice but to comply. If you refuse to sign, they withhold your passport, and retrieving it requires going through police and court procedures, wasting 3-4 months of your time. Once the contract is signed, the conditions worsen. Salaries are delayed, there’s no medical insurance, and employees are forced to work overtime without additional pay. You cannot take leave to visit home until the contract is completed. Overall, it was a horrific and exploitative experience. No one should ever consider working for LITCO. It would be a real-life nightmare.
