Pros
Lipsync is very good at offering career opportunities to those starting from the Runner's pool, if you put in the time and work. It is a great place to get a foot in the door for the industry, and generally treats its staff well.
Cons
Lipsync can be quite old fashioned in its approach to business model and day to day runnings. There are not a lot of incentives for young workers. This is counterbalanced by the opportunities given however, and is not necessarily a bad thing.
