      Pros

      I was lucky enough to have a good working group around me.

      Cons

      The structure of the company doesn't allow for free thought. You are encouraged to become a robot, part of the machine. It's colour by numbers.

      Pros

      They provide training courses if you would like to become a brewer.

      Cons

      At their Auckland site, the system were quite backward, people were not diverse as most of them were caucasian . Unfortunately I have came across the most racist people there and when there were internal opportunities came up, I didn’t feel like I was considered fairly. If you are non Caucasian, think twice before working for lion.

      Flexible working options like hours or working from home.

      Cons

      No succession planning, nobody to help in your role, not compensated for doing multiple people’s job, nobody takes accountability
