Business outlook
Pros
Hours are steady. 50-55 Hour Weeks. Two shifts, Days and Nights. Coworkers are not bad generally. Decent place to train and learn Tool & Die if you're just beginning.
Cons
Management is atrocious, disorganized, refuses to listen to any and all suggestions, and harasses employees daily. Technology is about 20 years behind as far as record keeping and tracking jobs throughout the shop is concerned. No room to advance.
