      Great company and great people! Family atmosphere. Great benefits. Many long tenured employees.

      Cons

      No real cons. Employees who do not follow procedure will be held accountable.

      Pros

      Good benefits for the time being. Medium sized company so you potentially have a chance to get to know people from other departments.

      Cons

      There is a lot of unhappiness in certain areas of this company. HR is viewed as very arrogant and controlling. This company is falling behind in many areas of leadership and current industry/workplace trends. Expect stitch level dress codes and very little flexibility with time.

      Great paying job for people who want to work.

      Cons

      Management will be the downfall of the company. Supervisors beat the workers to death, while watching others sleep for hours in the corner. Very unfair and lots of favoritism.
