Take on work at your own pace

Cons

The staff and platform are such an issue it makes actually building a schedule of lessons nearly impossible. Staff do not care, are unhelpful, and rarely communicate effectively. The platform is often times broken which can make teaching or seeking assistance absolutely impossible. Spent more time troubleshooting issues than actual teaching.

Pros

Great students and parents, yet they do not pick the teacher they want to have, so either the teacher acts like LingoAce robots or sooner or later they will get kicked out of the booking system without any proper and logical explanations.

Cons

Horrible back office management and very low pay rate. Rude coordination and at any moment they feel appropriate to take away regular students from teachers.
