      Pros

      Remote working and that’s about it.

      Cons

      A lot of traveling, a lot! Even when you’re not traveling you’re constantly working late nights and weekends filling out a lot of data. Constantly working with very little pay and impossible bonus structures, and no time for your family.

      Working remote Intelligent group of people, some of the best I’ve worked with Fast paced Good base salary Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Horrible “commission” structure that relies on mostly how the company is growing as a whole. No true financial incentive to hit your goals. Little room for advancement unless you are tight with the “in”crowd. Office politics are bad. Shady practices. Dishonest. Too many random partners being brought on to represent. Set up to make the owners and individuals with part ownership rich while everyone else survives on base salary. Poor communication when it actually matters but endless over communication on pointless topics. Expensive healthcare benefits

      I have over 15 years of experience working as a seller/consultant in the industrial distribution sector and I have to say that LineDrive has been the most challenging and rewarding work environment I ever been in, but also the most focused on learning, encouragement, and collaborative problem solving I've ever seen. From the ownership group, to Senior/Regional managers, to Solutions Consultants, everyone is all on the same page, and it reflects in every aspect of the business. LineDrive focuses on employees overall success and development which means having a great work/life balance and opportunities to advance and provide for ourselves and our families.

      Cons

      Capped commission structure with multi tier metrics that may not be in your control as a Consultant.
