Pros
flexible working hours (in good and in bad). if you are competent in the subject, I guess you can make carreer very fast
Cons
terrible atmosphere. most of your colleagues will be annoyed because they will be forced to have meetings not In Russian because of you. you are not followed, you are thrown into stuff without a context. A lot of micromanagement. the sensation is that more that an account manager, they look for a 24/7 secretary. stressful, you can be called at any time for even rewriting an e-mail or have meetings at midnight that, God knows why, are not taken by the people in the US alone. you are often in meetings without knowing why nor what for.
