Pros
Full autonomy to control how your project is handled, as long as you adhere to the ways of working! Management are involved and lovely lovely people, senior team will always make time to get involved and help you out. Real appreciation when you do a good job, excellent sharing amongst company when you do good, I absolutely can’t complain in general!!
Cons
Due to sudden growth, can be hard to get resource to work on your project when you need it, but not really a con as you really do feel part of the success of the business!!
