Cons
Pay increase? Staff favoritism given to those who know people in upper management. Short staffed. Enormous groups compiled together if a counselor is sick or off of work. Huge case manager caseloads. Difficult to reach bonuses due to recent changes. Hiring too many staff and then firing them.
