Pros

At some point, long time ago, it was an excellent place to work, learn new skill and plenty of opportunities to move on. Now it is a very flexible company in turns of what an employee can get away with and that is probably why many stay even when there is not much to do. It is very forgiving and really take time before letting someone go. There is a chance to go back to what it used to be if management care to create a better group workers and not choosing or promoting just because.

Cons

There is no sense of loyalty to employees who have been working for long time for the company and who may have a better input regarding manufacturing and operations of what we do. There is more opportunities and attention given to new employees, especially young fresh out of college without experience. There is a constant change of position within the same people and it seems that the closer you are to the top managers the higher you move. This company is loosing a sense of direction and no one seems cares in upper management.

Pros

Salary and benefits are amazing, and for me that really was the only pro of ever working here. I was bought, and I will NEVER make that mistake again when it comes with dealing with my career.

Cons

It would be impossible for me to describe the cons of working here in this little box. I was micromanaged, criticized and chastised. There was no planning for future - as in, 90% of the workforce in the Norcross location should be retired already, but they aren't, and they aren't hiring fresh blood. Stuck in the 80's and only concerned about getting through to the next year. The IT infrastructure left much to be desired, which is ironic considering the product OFS sells. Ridiculous and outdated.
