      Pros

      You get to work with and learn from new clients on the reg who are all from different industries and backgrounds, many of whom are at the top of their game. Opportunities to earn commissions and bonuses on top of your salary. Great health care benefits Regular interaction and access to CEO and CTO who are for the most part motivating and open to good ideas, process improvements and opportunities. I've learned a lot from and really appreciate them both. Great cross-functional team of people who are very helpful and great at what they do. I enjoy working with pretty much everyone at the company. Never gets boring, always something new. The work day goes by very quickly as you pretty much always have something to do and stay very busy.

      Cons

      Weren't processes in place which made it a bit difficult to hit the ground running, but also presented an opportunity to weigh in and help create the processes.

      Pros

      Everything. Awesome management, free lunch Fridays, 401k match, birthday OFF and a supporting group of people

      Cons

      The biggest con is that the doors are locked on the weekend.

      This is a kind and thoughtful review. We wish more people had the same feelings. I can only imagine how great it would be if GD had a way to actually verify that people actually worked at a company. We would have 5 stars all day!!
