Pros
As someone that needs to continuously be busy and likes to learn new things, LightPoint is excellent for that. They are lean staffed, so you literally always have something to do. The teams that you work with are full of good people, both technically and personally. Lots of variety.
Cons
Because they are so busy, it can be very stressful. Work/life balance isn't awesome, and management has a tendency to expect too much from their employees.
