Pros

Free gym membership and you can workout during lunch.

Cons

I worked for Lift Brands as a software developer for roughly a year and it was the worst year in my professional career. You will be working on software that is terribly antiquated and can only be described as hideous gore. You will be lied to and mistreated. You will work for incompetent management that promotes their friends over you.

Pros

The company used to be fantastic. Great staff, culture, values, and opportunity. That is long gone though.

Cons

The company is absolutely in shambles. The 'leadership' blames everyone, does not give direction, does not know anything about the business or industry, manipulates employees, and are driven purely in egotistical ways. Horrible PTO, and benefits. Horrible culture High turnover No growth opportunity
