Pros

Some nice people work here

Cons

• LifeWave underpays their employees. You will never earn what you are worth, and will never see any bonuses, even when the company does well. • When the company doesn't do well, they let people go - but not based on performance (since they don't do performance reviews) - so even if you perform well, it doesn't really matter. It seems to be mostly a popularity contest. • They don't even operate on a budget. Seriously. Whoever heard of such a thing!? • Zero opportunities to advance, especially if you are a woman. • You'll never know how the company is doing, there is no transparency. • It’s a revolving door - constantly people leaving and coming in. • Zero company culture. I mean zero. I can go on and on...

Pros

There are some good people.

Cons

The company is run by the corporate office based in Ireland. They have the power over everything and have zero empathy for people. If you work in the US and they feel you are stepping on their toes or they do not like you they will terminate you at the drop of a dime. Terminations are always in the US never in the Ireland office. Turn around rate for corporate is less than one year. There is no work life balance so expect to work all day. Zero culture. Everyone is set up for failure since the beginning. I have never had such a stressful job. If you work here don't expect to stay for long. Best to steer clear from this one.

Pros

Coworkers are great people like eachother in good ways.

Cons

This is not a good company and their are lots better places to work in utah county. Company doesn't higher good leaders and Supervisors get intimidated with good performers and make up reasons for them to quit or be laid off. I'll be looking for a new company soon this one need to grow up. Life wave gets rid of good employees too and keeps bad ones because they are more popular.
