Pros

You will get plenty of vitals and patient assessments done. Some of the dispatchers and partners are amazing but seeing as their only requirement is a pulse other partners and dispatchers are useless. If you have insomnia and are a risk taker this place is great because you'll never get sleep on your over nights. You'll get to see all of NH, MA and VT because they will have you do long transports after running to 22 hours straight of a 24 which usually turns to 26-30 hour shift.

Cons

Upper management have not worked in a truck before or if they have they legally can't work on one because of Medicare fraud, assault and/or harassment charges. You Will be Over worked, under paid, NEVER out on time and no respect for employees. When you bring up a safety issue or any concern at all they wont address it, instead they will avoid it, have you punch out and send you home. No way to move up the ladder here unless you absolutely kiss managements butt. If something goes missing if your truck you will be financially responsible for it and since everyone has access to trucks your paycheck starts to dwindle down.

Pros

In this day and age in the business world we are all just numbers, at Life Line I feel they APPRECIATE all the employees, no matter your position. Its obvious to see when you get treated with the utmost respect and gratitude that trickles down from the President & CEO, senior & upper management to the dispatch team, the heart of the operation. I witness this each and everyday I report for duty! My employment at Life Line at the time was a new beginning for me, I have been fortunate to gain employment with a company that I BELIEVE in, and hopefully end my working career with. My wish to all; find the good in what you pursue, Life is short, be happy!

Cons

The Uniform is kind of hot in the summer, besides that can not really think of a con!
