      -Small company feel in all the best ways, but feels like a large company in terms of stability due to its significant financial backing -Leadership is consistent and asks only what they will also do -Work life balance and work flexibility is prioritized and emphasized due to nature of fully remote work -Company mission and vision are exciting and motivating

      Cons

      -If fully remote work is tiring for you, this company is not the place to be -Company is still relatively new, so policies and practices are still changeable - everything in this review could be false once this company doubles or triples in size -Hiring process is very extensive, but I think it's worth it for the purposes of maintaining a healthy company culture
