      Pros

      Phenomenal technology and products, rapid development of new products (kinda, lie about what products actually available), strong engineering department...good place for other companies to pick up employees from.

      Cons

      Nepotism runs rapid, no heart, no culture other than the group of cackling chickens at Friday company luncheons that actually direct company, marketing products and sizes they do not have available, leadership has no loyalty, turn & burn cut throat, micro-managed like a concentration camp.
