Pros

The customers are great. I really met some terrific people there and sold them cars and products.

Cons

The management (at three different dealerships) was racist, sexist and unprofessional. I was harassed, intimidated, berated, bullied, terrorized and generally casted out of the company for speaking my mind about the unfair environment. I was called names and when I went to management about it I was fired. I am still so confused by this experience. You would think going to work for a Luxury Automobile company (privately owned dealerships) it would be a premium working environment. Not the case at all. I gave my all there, no one cared because I was not a middle aged white male.

Cons

The compensation could be better (salary and/or hourly). Benefits such as Health Insurance only available if full time and after 90 day probation period. 401 K's are applicable only after first year of employment.

- Great base pay for being a customer service rep - Fun, easygoing coworkers of different backgrounds - Management often treats us to free lunches

Cons

- May be micromanaged - Management doesn't have the best insight on how to resolve macro issues - Conservative company that isn't moving fast enough to keep up with the current climate - Little room for advancement (unless your a Management Trainee) - Entire HQ is relocating to Plano, Texas soon
