Pros

Good salary and benefits, nothing else to recommend working here, see cons below for more details as to why this is.

Cons

Awful place to work, everything is about cost and numbers with absolutely no focus on people. The management love a gimmick and a slogan and every energy is put into thinking of the next strapline rather than actually considering how we can make things better for customers and colleagues. senior management within corporate customer services is full of bullies and you have to be personal mates with certain female managers to have any hope of getting ahead.

Pros

Can't think of anything to be honest. It was dreadful. Absolutely dreadful. Wouldn't recommend to anyone I know. Under qualified team managers with no qualifications.

Cons

Location was dreadful. Clicky management. Managers who stole your ideas, not diverse enough. Bunch of snobs. Downgraded for no apparent reason. Passed on promotion to favour their 'friend'. Dreadful experience. You rarely seen Indians, Chinese or blacks. Predominantly British. Tiny salary. Give lots of notice to book a holiday if not you are not getting it.

Pros

Good benefit package Nice people to work with, friends for life.

Cons

You are just a number, mentions importance of mental health but celebrates redundancy under ‘Helping Britain Prosper’ banner, redundancies also celebrated by Senior Director in Corporate area. No empathy from around the business, poor treatment and NDA’s broken from ‘Senior Mangers’ leaving fellow colleagues distraught but investigations not interested in finding culprits. CEO and SOC Level expecting BAU while colleagues lives fall apart. Bank red tape prevents good customer service. Directors have removed Vehicle Downtime Management products that have been agreed in writing with some customers without communicating correctly, effectively as a result the company is mis-selling products to customers, if you are a customer you should check your agreements especially if fleets are sub 75. You just can’t trust this company at any level. Corporate colleagues in Birmingham talk of bullying by senior manager who is protected by team managers with close relationships leaving nowhere to go to report true issues.
