I genuinly cannot think of any pros.

Cons

Extremely poor management and people skills. I guess this is what happens when a bunch of school children manage a company. Ver disrespectful of other people's times. It is not worth it. It's good for some who is desperate and in dire need of money and only if it's the end of the world and you have no other option. Very unprofessional.
