      Pros

      Nice place to work when you're part of the "club;" very strong sense of "firm culture" and identity

      Cons

      Sells advancement when few associates have made partner since 2008; has a "bullseye" system of identifying individuals slated for termination and making it so - no matter what.

      Decent benefits and some good employees

      Weird culture that forces you to drink the kool-aid or leave - no matter how well you do your work, you must fit into the "culture" which is immature and catty. The clients definitely do NOT come first. The HR woman is nasty and not very bright. I was also repeatedly lied to about my salary.
